We bought the tour at the Join Up agency, good quality of service, they helped us, they told us everything. We flew with UIA, there were no delays, the tour operator was some kind of Kazakh, I don’t remember the name. →
We contacted several travel agencies, but settled on Join Up. They were able to pick up an interesting tour for us. One of the employees rested at the Cyrene Island Hotel 4 * and advised us to choose it. An unpleasant surprise was a flight delay of 12 hours, most likely due to a travel agency. The transfer was also expected until it was full, then until the breakdown was repaired, and in general they waited about an hour until we were finally taken to the hotel. →
The quality of service in the agency is excellent, there were no problems, everything is super, everything is great. This is the 3rd time I plan to use this agency. As for the transfer, there was a flight rescheduling on the way back. → |
