I can’t say what quality of service in the agency, since I didn’t personally choose the tour, but according to the person, everything was normal and up to the mark. As for the correct execution of documents, the provision of information, everything was prepared as needed, we were fully aware of the trip. The only thing we didn't like was that the flight was from Julian and, in my opinion, the flight was postponed for us an hour later, but it was not essential. The flight back was fine. We did not go on excursions, because we wanted an ordinary relaxing holiday.
