We bought a tour to Turkey, Marmaris, the Nimara Club Beach hotel, when transferring to the hotel we were given the phone number of the hotel guide Stanislav. For the whole holiday, we did not see or hear him, there was not even a standard hotel information meeting. A day before departure, all companies leave information for their tourists about the departure and transfer time to the airport, but apparently not the Join Up company. our friends flew out a week earlier, and neither for them nor for us, no one gave this information. Moreover, barely with the help of the hotel manager, who called them three or four times, by 9 pm we managed to find out that the check-out from the hotel was at 7.30 am. But at 7.30 no one came for us. At 7.45 we started to get nervous and decided to call our hotel guide Stanislav. Judging by the voice, we woke him up, and he flatly refused to contact the colleagues who carried out the transfer and help us find out when they would pick us up. All of this is rather boorish. The meaning of the answer and the tone of the conversation is - don't worry, they say. they will take you away. let me sleep. It's all very unpleasant. The transfer was 30 minutes late and we were nervous not knowing if they would pick us up at all or if they forgot about us. I consider this work of a hotel guide unsatisfactory
