The quality of service in the agency is good, but they had flight delays. Moreover, when they flew there, and when they flew back. I don’t know for what reason such delays could be, maybe due to weather conditions, but the departure was supposed to be at 2 o’clock at night, and flew out at 10-11. And the return flight was delayed no less.
