The consultation was wonderful, the girl told everything in great detail and accompanied me in difficult situations. The agent was wonderful. There was a confusion with transport. We urgently changed the plane as we were flying on vacation, and instead of Zhulyan it turned out to be Boryspil. Since we live nearby, this was not critical for us. But for other tourists it was unprofitable, since the flight was also postponed for 2 hours. The return flight also changed, but we were informed rather late. Even at the hotel, the representative did not answer questions at all, although we applied repeatedly. To the last, I pulled with the message that we would have a decent delay, almost a whole day. As for excursions from the guide - we visited the Old City and got out on a boat trip to Ras Mohammed. We left an unforgettable impression.
