Feedback about the travel agency Join UP! to travel

The tour operator was told not at all the conditions of the road that were provided. We were told that we would spend 12 hours on the way, but spent 26. There was a very bad plane, like planes to Turkey that fly for 2 hours. The plane was absolutely not up to the standard for long-distance flights. And when there was an appeal to the tour operator, there was no feedback, as always. There were also transfers of flights. We were originally supposed to fly out on the 29th at night, but in the end we flew out the next day in the morning, around 8 in the morning, the transfer was 8 hours. This is a flight there, but the return flight was also postponed by 8 hours. Because of the first transfer, because of the fault of the tour operator, we actually lost a day of rest, and because of the second, we had to pay extra for the hotel. We asked the tour operator to help, assist with accommodation, but there was no response. The tour operator did not refund us any funds. And about the transfer, it was stated that (from the airport to the hotel about 120 km) we would drive a maximum of 2 hours, but we were traveling on a very old bus with torn seats, and we drove for 4 hours. Overall, the quality was terrible.. If we knew that there would be such problems with the road, we would have chosen a different direction.
