Manager Alina from Join Up Chernivtsi is the most DECEIVED person I have ever met in my life!!! For her, lying is like breathing!

She lied to us that they do not have an early booking of Turkey in order to sell us a more expensive tour!

She lied to us in order to sell us a Moldavian tour, that their driver would take us to the airport in Chisinau for 10 euros per person. As a result, they demanded 100 euros from us one way!

She lied that the Moldovan insurance company would compensate us for all medical expenses!

She lied that she wrote to the Moldovan insurance company and sent them our medical certificates in order to receive compensation! But the insurance company said that for the first time they heard about all this!
