It was this travel agency that selected the hotel for us, there was a big discrepancy with what was shown to us in the photo with reality. They convinced that Cyrene Island is a good hotel, but they quickly completed the documents, everything was fine, there were no problems on the territory of Ukraine. On the way back, Joinup sent us an SMS that due to some reason the flight was postponed and we still stayed for one day. We were evicted from the room, we did not like that the tour operator did not agree with the hotel in advance and we had to face some inconvenience.
