This is the worst agency in my opinion. They promise one thing, but the reality is different. Flights are delayed and rescheduled. When we flew to rest, our flight was delayed by as much as 6 hours. The return went without incident. But waiting at the airport was an unpleasant moment. On vacation, even excursions were not offered to us, service and organization of recreation at a very low level. We were also not offered compensation for the lost time. I won't deal with them again after this.
