Great agency, no questions or problems. They picked everything up, helped with everything and suggested everything. Nice girls, very nice and friendly. There were no problems with flights, we flew with Sky Up. We decided not to deal with the guide and did not even go to a meeting, because they simply threaten tourists and tell a lie. They may scare you that you will not be picked up from the hotel and there will be problems with the flight home, or in general, they may be taken to the police. Well, what is this nonsense?
And when we were rescheduled for the return flight, we did not know when they would pick us up from the hotel, we tried to contact the guide, but he did not answer our messages and simply added it to the black list.
