Horror terrible

I have never had such a nightmare!!! We flew on 1. 06. 2014 to Sharm Hotel Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View 5*. I met a guide from the JOIN UP company named SHEKHAB at the hotel. offered several excursions, we agreed with my mother and daughter on one of the proposed ones. at 20.00 the bus was supposed to come for us, they waited until 21.00, so no one came. we were simply FORGOT!!! a day later, accidentally bumping into Shehab in the hotel lobby, she asked what happened to the transfer, in response, instead of apologies, she heard a frantic scream, insulting exclamations, and this was in the presence of all hotel guests in the lobby and at the reception !!! we complained immediately about the boorish behavior of the heads. the hotel manager Wael - he wrote a claim against the company JOIN UP, which provided this guide. Silence. no response, no hello, no apology. a day later, I saw this guide again at the hotel, he was talking to some of our tourists about 50 years old, talking her into some excursions. what does this conversation with her have to do with "hear you", "look to me", etc.. c And this is with a worthy woman who suits him as a mother !!! we are just shocked by this rudeness and complete disregard for the complaints of our tourists!!! I will never contact this agency again!!!!! and I do not advise anyone!!! and in general without a husband reluctance to go anywhere else. . . if he had been around then, I’m sure that this freak of his mouth would not have dared to open, and not something to yell at the tourists, before whom he himself is to blame. . .
