Avoid this mess - do not spoil your vacation

Everything was fine until we arrived at the Antalya airport. At the bus that was supposed to take us to the hotel, we were told that the hotel was closed, under restoration. We paid for it 1.5 months before the holiday, we were not warned - at first we thought so. We made a mess and they left us to take us to the end. The hotel in Kemer is located near Leman. We were not the first time we rested in that hotel and knew where it was. They never wanted to take us to the right hotel (for which we paid). We said to take them, show us, we will believe then, and why we were not warned. I jumped off, got off the bus and went to the hotel myself. The long-awaited hotel refused us more than once, they refused them - there are no places, they deceived us to earn money, lied and did not blush. They settled us in a hotel of a similar level - we only wanted to pay for it, since we had a rest there more than once and liked it very much. Then they even offered free boors as compensation, but it was a lie - no one came for us three times - they probably wanted to show how they treat tourists - they took the money, and you do what you want. These are the companies that spoil the rest and the reputation of such a good country as Turkey.
