We contacted the Join UP agency, at first the service was not bad, then there was a conflict upon departure. The problem was that we had to fly away and the flight was supposed to be at 5 pm, we were told that the hotel would post information about the time when the flight and when it would be necessary to leave the hotel. As a result, at 9 pm we arrived, we see that there is nothing. They started sounding the alarm, phoned the Ukrainian agency, the airline, and Join UP directly. The airline said that such a flight no longer exists and that a completely different airline is engaged in it, in general, they found out that there is such a flight, but the departure is not at five in the evening, but at 6 in the morning. Then we called Join UP, they confirmed the transfer of the flight, and when asked why there is no information, when to leave and what to do, they began to help us and gave the phone number of the local Mohamed, called him, arrived in 30 minutes, our guide also arrived, who did not immediately answered our call. As a result, at 21.30 they all gathered, wrote down the time of the flight by hand and it turned out that we need to leave the hotel at 02.10 in the morning, i.e. after 5 hours! No one warned about the transfer of the flight, there was no information for a day. The whole day went down the drain, the whole night went to the training camp. Upon arrival, we came to the travel agency where we bought the tour, told how it was, they said that you can write a complaint, but you have no evidence that your flight was delayed and in such similar cases, no compensation was paid to anyone. Roughly speaking, they sent, saying that the contract says that the flight can be rescheduled for + -24 hours. After that, I turned to a lawyer, and with him I came to the agency, there was no such clause in the contract, it was only indicated that the airline was responsible for the transfer of the flight. After I came with a lawyer, they became like silk and offered to write a complaint. The complaint has been written, we are waiting for an answer, because already for the postponement of the flight for more than three hours with a warning, compensation is due.
