We were picking up a tour to Egypt for my wife with children and decided to contact Join UP, as she had previously flown with Anex Tour and was dissatisfied with them. We were afraid of such negative reviews about the agency and foresaw something was wrong. But the manager himself did everything in a qualified manner, voiced everything and even called back that the flights there were a little delayed, but for us it was even a plus. Accompanied throughout the trip, it was also an important aspect. They were very satisfied with the service provided by the agency.
