Beware of Join Up and AviaTransK

I'm terrified of Join Up! 22. 09. 2013 returned from Croatia, or rather from Montenegro. They took vouchers to Croatia, to a hotel that they knew from a previous vacation with another company. Before the day of departure, we learned that our flight from Split was canceled and we were being taken to Tivat (Montenegro). There were 12 people in the minibus. We were brought to the airport in more than 2 hours. Accompanying (driver and lady-Croats) immediately left. During check-in, two people who had a transfer with us were not on the lists for the plane. Not a single phone of Join Up answered (of course, they have Sunday). People stayed at the airport, in a foreign country. Back to work on Monday! My husband and I, fortunately got on this ill-fated plane. By an absurd accident, there were 2 empty seats just in front of us. We made a fuss at the airport, but they didn't care, because they sent 4 planes. We told the flight attendants about the remaining people, but they put a man of Asian nationality in 1st place, who did not speak Russian or Ukrainian words (this is on a Ukrainian plane !!!) and told us not to panic, and there was only one free on the plane a place. We flew away 22. 09, then they found out that the remaining tourists were promised a departure on 24.09, and later they postponed it to 26.09. So, Joint Up, together with the AviaTransK airline, threw tourists at the expense of which they receive a salary !!! People, never use the services of Join Up and AviaTransK if you don't want trouble in your life!!!
