HORROR!!!

We flew to Hurghada with a family with a child of 2 years from 04/28/2018 to 05/06/2018 with the tour operator Join UP. Desert Rose Resort.

Previously used the services of other tour operators.

The flight from Kyiv to Hurghada was changed 3 times and in the end the flight was still late. But it's still half the trouble.

When we bought a ticket, we were specifically looking for a flight back to Kyiv in the evening, initially it was at 17.00.

As soon as the tour was paid for, the flight was immediately moved to 04 in the morning.

The day before departure, we learned that the flight was postponed to 22.50.

I had to extend the number at my own expense.

In the end, the flight was postponed to 01.15. At the same time, there was no announcement, the guide Mina could not say anything, it was hard to find someone sane.

On this day, Monday, I have to go to work!!

I have been flying for about 20 years, the first time this has happened.

I wish the Join UP staff and their families an order of magnitude more "good" experiences!!

I do not recommend this office to anyone!!!
