Terrible travel agency

The tour operator's service consisted of booking a hotel and warning about possible flight delays on the basis of the "you order - you risk" principle. What are we paying for then?

Flights were rescheduled an abnormal number of times, causing us to lose about 24 hours of paid vacation. The tour operator reported the transfers at the wrong time. For example, a transfer from a hotel to Barcelona airport was announced at 01:15. We checked in from the hotel, left the hotel, waited 15 minutes, started calling the attendant year, she picked up the phone somewhere from the eighth set, said that our flight was postponed and that's it! No support, no advice, no apology. It's probably not worth talking about damaged nerves, stress, lost money for tickets from Kyiv.

I strongly do not recommend using the services of this travel agency. Moreover, thanks to modern technologies, it is much cheaper, safer and more comfortable to book a hotel on your own and choose an air carrier.
