There was no bus either at 4:40 or at 5:25. There was also no connection with the agent, because there was no Internet and Wi-Fi did not work. We started calling the agent on his mobile, but he dropped it. I called back in 30 minutes at the reception and said that the bus would be in 2 hours and the flight was postponed. At 7 o'clock in the morning we went out to the hotel lobby and began to wait. The morning was spoiled to say the least. The bus arrived at almost 9:00. There was no communication with the agent. Until we got through to the office of the Egyptian operator. Why was it impossible to call the reception and warn the manager, and they told us that the flight was delayed. The hotel manager didn’t wake us up in the morning either, but we asked him and they prepared a lunch box for us in the morning. Until she herself went to their dining room and asked to cook for us with them. The plane was supposed to be at 8:00 and we left at 14:20. I do not recommend this tour operator to anyone! Sad attitude. True, the pilot of the aircraft and the flight attendants apologized for being late. No agency!
