Irresponsible and negligent tour operator

In early August, we decided to go to the UAE for a vacation. We bought a package through a travel agency. There were 2 adults and one child. We arrived in Boryspil and found out that the flight was delayed for several hours. Finally it's time for passport control. And then it all started! We are not allowed! Due to the lack of visa support. I call my agent. We are looking for a representative from Join up. (Nobody has heard of him at the airport.) No one answers the phone. I had to run to terminal F to find representative Misha)))))

My agent contacts another tour operator. (Hot tours) It was Sunday. They contact Dubai and they send an e-mail to a cafe in Boryspil!!!!!!!! In general, all my efforts went to waste. We never got on the plane that day. Last-minute tours agreed with employees in Boryspil to change those tickets for free. And we flew the next day.

But no compensation for the lost day, moral compensation), yes, at least no one apologized to us.

Now, before buying a package, I will ask which operator the travel agency works with.
