We paid for a tour for 7 nights and as a result received 6 nights (the flight was delayed by a total of 13.5 hours). When we were flying back, we were also delayed, we were picked up from the hotel three hours later (without warning!!! The handset was dropped when trying to call the representatives of Joint Up, they did not give information at the reception and at the information stand that the flight was delayed and we would be picked up from the hotel at three hours later). All this time (more than three hours) at the reception you sit waiting and don’t understand what is the reason why they don’t pick you up, or maybe they forgot, they don’t pick up the phone, they hang up, this is NOT NORMAL !!!!
