Terrible, not a tour operator!!!! Do not be fooled by the cheapness of their packages, you will lose more money and nerves. Departure time was postponed 5 times!!!!! They were supposed to fly from Kharkov, as a result, they changed the city of departure dramatically and had to travel by bus for 8 hours to Kyiv!!!! We arrived in Kyiv at 17.30, and flew out at 23.50 instead of 21.05 of the promised type as final!!!!! This is tin!!!! I will never contact them again!!! I wouldn't even recommend to my enemies!
