Arrival in Heraklion on 06/14/2013 at 00:00, arrival at the hotel at 01:30, going to bed after 03:00.

KI 4914 20/06/2013 Heraklion (HER 14:00)-> Odessa (ODS 16:00), 06/19/2013 at 21:30 confirmed check-out from the hotel at 10:30, and departure from Heraklion at 14:00.

At 01:15 / 06/20/2013 a call to the mobile phone and a new introductory letter from a representative of the Le Grand company with a new check-out time from the hotel at 07:00 and departure at 10:00, arrival in Odessa at 12:00 / 06/20/2013.

Firstly, even with my nerves, there are calls at work at any time of the day, it was not possible to rest until the morning after the call at 01:15, we were still on vacation. It was a pity to look at my wife at 05:00 and it's a shame that the rest ended in this way.

In general, 06/13/2013 - the announced day of arrival did not take place at all, as well as the day of departure on 06/20/2013 "down the drain", and according to the contract and generally accepted practice, the day of arrival and departure is considered a day of rest.

It should be noted that Russian tour operators deliver vacationers by 12:00 on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure, departure from the hotel in the afternoon.

I would like to note that the declared free WI-FI costs 50 Euro for 7 days.

There are not enough sunbeds and sun loungers on the beach for all hotel guests, they are engaged in sunbeds with thrown towels from 6 am, and after breakfast it remains to go to the city beach (cost 6 euro for 4 meters of sand from concrete to water, umbrella, sunbed and 2 nearest showers with fresh water), for comparison, the cost of visiting the Martianez recreation area in Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife with a full infrastructure costs 3.5 euro.
