Chose it because friends recommended it. And they are very sorry that they agreed. Instead of a flight Odessa - Antalya at 10 am, we were sent on another flight at 17.55, that is, minus 1 day in Turkey, although it was considered as the 1st day. When ordering excursions, the guide did not give complete information about these events. Straight to the facts: we bought 2 excursions. The first is Demre-Mira-Kekova, the second is the Oceanarium. At the expense of the first excursion: they did not warn about the road (mountain serpentine), instead of the promised 2 hours on the road, we drove 3.5 hours. Swapped sightseeing spots, and added a few places that weren't listed on the tour. The second excursion: they came for us an hour later than the appointed time, the guide was rude to almost all participants in the excursion, and was also not ready for this excursion (did not know where the entrance, cafe and WC were). We left the aquarium an hour earlier than it was indicated when buying an excursion tour. After they expressed dissatisfaction with our hotel guide, and demanded compensation for the moral damage and loss of personal time, to which they were refused and the answer was: we have neither a refund nor compensation. I consider this tour operator not qualified in the field of tourist services.
