We bought a tour from "JOIN UP!", host "Le Grand Travel Elements" for 7 days. Before checking into the hotel, everything went fine, met, escorted to the hotel. But. . . the guide did not take us to the hotel, wished us a pleasant stay and quickly left. This did not alert me, because nothing bad had happened to us before this trip (we traveled with other operators). Arriving at the reception, we were surprised to learn that there are NO rooms (and our operator was notified of this and should have informed us!!!???)!!! Stupor!!! At 12 o'clock at night, the Russian-speaking "star" at the reception, having informed us about this, handed over the shift to the girl who did not speak Russian, and left. True, the girl "resolved" the situation, because the rooms were reserved in other hotels (we went to the hotel "MEDBLUE FANES 5 *, and ended up in" MEDBLUE KREMASTI 4 *). But, in principle, if you do not go into details, we had a more or less good rest, there were nuances, but not very "stressful". They didn’t spoil their vacation, finding out who was right and who was wrong, I don’t know, maybe it was necessary differently, but they “scored” the situation, drew conclusions (if you want to resolve the situation, carefully read the contract, try to make a note on the resettlement voucher, etc.). etc.). But. . .. Our adventures are not over!! On the penultimate day, a fax came in about a transfer to the airport. . . 9 tourists lived in the hotel (6 of them went to this hotel). There were only 3 names in the fax. After arguing with my husband, I called the guide (Aigul or Aigul), we were surprised to learn (on the 7th day of rest) that we now have a different guide (Denis) and we need to contact him. OK! They called, they clarified everything (we, for some reason, were on the lists of the hotel, from where we were "sent" !!!???) But the guide assured that everything was in order, the transfer would be. OK! And now it's time to go to the airport! Busik arrived for 3 tourists!!!??? Moreover, their surnames were not on the list (it was a family with a child). But the driver gave their surname and the fact that he had an application only for them. And even if he wanted to pick us up, there is simply no room for everyone in the car!!! Thank God that the hotel is located 6 km from the airport, that we knew in advance that the guide had changed, the situation was "resolved" again, but. . . "After all, the sediment has remained !!! That's all for now, I'll write about the hotel later (as I already wrote, it could be worse). I concluded that before the trip you need to carefully re-read all the documents, "turn on your head" in the situation that has arisen (for example, changing the hotel, re-read the documents again (this situation is described there !!!) and if something does not suit you, try to at least achieve registration of documents on the change of hotel). We didn't bother. But, maybe someone will have a more critical situation with the hotel. Hope. that my "emotional" story will help someone!!! Everyone just have a nice holiday
