I really regret using this agency. I read good reviews and chose them. Yes, nice girls with a nice voice, but completely unprofessional and not interested in the result for the client. . . Alas. . . I submitted all the documents for a visa and only a week later they were submitted to the visa center (for some reason, without explanation), as a result of a waste of time. →
