Bad tour company, terrible tour organization

We went on a tour of Georgia on 28.04 and good impressions were left only about the country and its color, but not about the guides and about the organization of the tour as a whole. Unfortunately, there were more cons than pros. All stops were not planned in advance, during the 36 hour drive, NO information about Georgia was received (at least a film about the country and its sights was included), given that this is not their first tour as guides. Why was there a microphone if no one used it? Arriving in Tbilisi, the accommodation in the hostel was unorganized. We waited half an hour on the street until everyone was settled in a hotel and another half an hour until they called a taxi, given that there were 2 guides. Regarding Batumi, the hostel was still unsuccessful, a lot of things in the rooms were out of order and in general, did not expect guests. On the first day, everyone who was in the hotel had breakfast, but the hostel did not. To which the guide simply lowered her eyes. The prices for the excursions themselves were too high - 200-300%. And our people are not stupid, so they themselves went by taxi or minibuses to see all the beauties of Georgia. Regarding Kazbegi, when they arrived at the hotel, everyone had to spend the night there, including the hostel, this was written in the vouchers. But for some reason they wanted to put us in a hostel 10 minutes from the hotel, and even in the mountains. I understand that they wanted to save money on us, but sorry, there is a voucher where everything is written. Again, we waited 30 minutes for check-in. And in general, having traveled to different cities, no one told us ANYTHING about whether there were shops there, whether it was necessary to buy something from food, whether there were exchangers, etc. We went and looked for answers to all the questions ourselves. We were not told anything. All in all, I do not recommend this tour company. Since they have only been on the market since 2012, they have a lot of work to do and things to improve. Especially the organization of the tour itself. Yes, the price is good, but the service is low. And change your guide.
