I want to leave a review about the "beautiful" company I-travel: I strongly do not recommend using the services of this travel agency if you do not want to have a spoiled vacation.

The tour "Georgian Express" was purchased for 8 days with a departure on 04/28/2017.

And now to the point:

The start of the trip is the city of Dnipro: the departure is scheduled for 12.00. The bus, for unknown reasons, was delayed for 2 hours, respectively, the departure took place only at 14.00 from the Dnieper. There was no connection with the escort of this tour, indicated in the info-list of the company. And for these 2 hours she never called back. From that moment on, everything went wrong.

Travel by "comfortable" bus and escort by an experienced guide is another "scam" of this travel agency. As a result, you get a ride on an OLD bus, with a non-working air conditioner and a TV that flashed a blue screen all the way until the drivers themselves broke it, with broken sockets, misted and dirty windows, which is not acceptable for a tourist bus, taking into account the fact that it will have to spend at least 4 days on the road. And in Georgia itself, go on sightseeing tours.

Hot water for the promised tea / coffee had to be begged for, and there was so little of it in the kettle that there was not enough for everyone even half a cup. Secondly, it boiled for 40 minutes, and only if the bus was moving.

Instead of an experienced escort, we got a person who has no organizational skills at all. I got the impression that the escort and drivers of this tour, in this case, are not service personnel who have to do their job, but the same tourists as we are, only with great privileges, because. All activities were tailored to their needs.

Due to the lack of organization of the companies accompanying this tour, sanitary stops were made chaotically, it was generally a big problem to go to the toilet, because only from the third or fourth attempt, stops were made where there was some kind of toilet. Although the director of this travel agency claims that drivers have already traveled this route more than once, we (tourists) had the impression that both the escort and the drivers traveled along this route for the first time.

The drivers calmly smoked on the bus while driving through the open window, they did not react to the comments of the tourists to cover the window, and the attendant offered her scarf to the frozen tourists, and justified the actions of the drivers, which looked very funny.

After we got on the bus with a 2-hour delay, we were waiting for 50 hours of a tedious journey, mostly tedious due to the poor organization of the tour and the lack of preparedness of the escort, the lack of a "road map" with marked and planned stops. Because it was Friday and pre-holiday days - there were a lot of tours at customs, respectively. buses to cross the border. And due to the untimely departure, we got into the rush hour and sat at the Ukrainian-Russian border for about 10 hours. At the same time, it was night, and we slept in a sitting position, although it was written in the info sheet that the Armchairs decomposed into lying places on lodging for the night, but the escorts did not do this, and simply got frostbitten, although there were many older people on the bus, and a long sitting position is bad for health.

The next BIG divorce concerned OPTIONAL excursions. My advice: DO NOT TAKE !!!!the offered Electives, because their offered cost is calculated in $, but the real one is in GEL.

Secondly, there were so many excursions per day and they were poorly planned and organized that all the time I had to run somewhere, there was no free time for photography and enjoying these views.

In fact, you had a choice - either listen to the guide and run after him, or view the area and take pictures. But the tour guide walked at the end of the group and urged all the tourists on. One gets the impression that this is not a tourist excursion for adults, but a school excursion of the 3rd grade.

On the bus between trips on excursions - at the request of the escort - we prayed to the God of the Sun to give us good weather and to clap incomprehensible stories.

All electives are very overpriced, and very bad organization.

for example: Georgian night, in fact the night lasted from 20.00 to 23.00 h.))) For 25 c.u. from a person. It is understood from the info sheet that this is a separate event with an entertainment program prepared for tourists and a festive table. But in fact - an ordinary restaurant with live music, for all visitors to this institution. Again - a very poor organization of serving dishes to the guests.

At the same time, 2 drivers and an accompanying person went with us, naturally at the expense of tourists, while the drivers drank a lot. Although it was a good time, they had to take care of preparing the bus for the next day's excursions and planning the time for the excursion.

The next elective we took was Kakheti, which cost $25, the real cost is $25 but only in lari, it's $12.5. This tour can be taken in Tbilisi (for example, the OLD city has City bas, which carry both around the city and its environs). If we had known all this information earlier, we would never have taken these electives. In addition, taking such money from tourists, you are faced with the lack of thoughtfulness and lack of organization of the escort, because. in the info sheet you are given the opportunity to plunge into the healing spring of St. Nino for a fee of 10 larri, but in fact the guide said that we do not have time for this event, that this must be ordered separately and we need to go on the next excursion.

Naturally, no one was going to return the money for half of the excursion indicated in the info sheet, although we went to this elective only because of the Source.

At the same time, after that, we had enough time, namely, to sit for 2 hours in a dubious “institution” for organizing escorts for lunch, where half of the tourists did not bring their order.

The question is - for what reason then we did not visit the Source, and for what did we pay this money ?!

On the way back we were in for a big surprise - it started to rain outside.

As it turned out, he went in a comfortable bus. Because almost the entire back of the cabin was flooded, water was flowing everywhere.

To the indignation and requests of tourists to do something - the attendant and drivers - simply ignored and froze, because. in fact, they already didn’t care - they already had their money from us. They did not think of anything better than turning on the stove to dry the interior in hot weather. At this time, all the tourists were sleeping - because. it was night, and you wake up from the fact that you are just suffocating from the heat in a closed bus. When asked to turn off the stove and open the window, the frost continued on the part of the drivers.

I am writing this review so that others do not step on the same "rake" that we did. So, friends, if you have the opportunity, choose another tour operator.

Or don't take electives at all, especially since the accompanying person does not return the money, but collects them for all excursions of your choice while still on the bus on the way to Georgia. (if you took all the electives, and then for various reasons (for example, the state of health) want to refuse, the money will NOT be returned to you. In short, a uniform "RAIP", be prepared for this !!!!! Because you yourself understand from the above - the organization of everything - a complete 0.

And Georgia itself is a wonderful country with very hospitable people!!!! I really want to visit it again, but not with this travel agency, of course. Have a good rest and impressions!
