Travel agency: I Travel (Dnipro) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
1. We sat down on the tour in Rostov, which we initially agreed with the manager (Ksyusha Bulbak). She sent us the coordinates of the gas station, where we had to wait for the bus from about 5 to 7 in the morning. We arrived in Rostov a day earlier (we ourselves are from Donetsk), rented a hotel in order to be there in the morning. at 18.00 I received an SMS stating that the departure from the Dnieper was postponed from 12 to 20.00, from Kharkov from 16 to 23.00, but we will be picked up from 13 to 15, respectively (it seems like the bus is undergoing MOT, but more on that later). the next day we are at 11 o'clock. we contact the bus and the driver says that they will be in Rostov no earlier than 19h. Then by 18:00 we arrived at the gas station, at 20:00. We received an SMS from the accompanying Valeria that after 8 km they would pick us up, after that another 2.5 hours passed when our bus drove to the gas station and started leaving without even stopping. I had to run after him along the highway (it’s good that there was a traffic jam and he was driving not quickly), knocking on it until the tourists noticed me and stopped the bus, my husband came running with a bag and finally we loaded at 22.30. There was no answer to all the questions why it happened.
2. Our seats were occupied, we had to quarrel with people to get them released, and the thing is that there is no seat numbering on the bus.
3. Further, when the transformer was laid out, we lost 1.5 hours to lie down, because the accompanying person simply did not have a plan for laying people out to sleep.
4. As a result, we arrived in Tbilisi at 19:00, and at 21:00 there was “Lights of Tbilisi”, which we naturally did not go to, because we were very tired.
5. The next unpleasant moment: moving to Batumi (at night), after which Lera said there would be a stop in the morning at the sea, where we could swim to put ourselves in order, and then there would immediately be a sightseeing tour (so as not in the heat). As a result, at 6 o’clock we arrived in Kobuletti, they said we were standing for 30 minutes to sleep, who got off the bus, who continued to sleep, but no one reported that this was the stop where you need to swim. After 30 minutes, everyone was driven into the bus and exactly a minute later, Lera announced the rise to everyone, asked everyone to get off the bus to fold their seats. Everyone got off and sat waiting for another 30 minutes. After we got on the bus and drove off, Lera announced that Rusiko was already waiting for us for a survey. Everyone is in shock, we ask what about swimming, the answer is, it was necessary to swim there. As a result, the Batumi sightseeing tour did not please anyone, because everyone was unwashed, sorry without a toilet ... Rusiko also answered the complaints of tourists, answered: What do you want, this company provides the cheapest tours to Georgia (((. In general, it was heard very unpleasant, otherwise there are no complaints about Rusiko.
6. Next, transfer to Kutaisi: at 9.30 we picked up the hostel and left (Lera announced that it would take us 1.5 hours to go), as a result, we drove for 4 hours (for unknown reasons), respectively, the sightseeing tour was very crumpled and fast, no promised free time for there was no ph and a bite to eat, we went to the Caves. As a result, instead of 16.40 we entered the caves at 17.20 (Lera could not gather tourists). We left for Gudauri, instead of arriving at 23.00, thank God we got there at 2 a.m. The bus did not want to go on a serpentine, stopped several times, then started up again and quietly drove (here the question arises with the passage of MOT bus) for the safety of tourists. In Gudauri, I had to quarrel with Lera, who, after arriving at 2 am, announced breakfast at 7 am and check-out at 8 am, postponed for an hour.
7. Further, after the jeep tour, we went home, we were stopped by traffic cops (thank you very much), after which our bus drove to a hundred, we were told that everyone would go out and change the tire on which the court got out (and again a question for the maintenance of the bus), when they looked closely all tires are bald, it is not clear what kind of safety was discussed. Also on the bus, the windshield is sealed with adhesive tape, which is also not entirely safe for tourists sitting in front.
8. And the last thing that strained, of course there was tea, but it is impossible to drink it without a table on the seat under a glass, people constantly poured boiling water over it.
In general, if you, Nikita, read all this, you will probably guess what impressions we have about your company.
It's a pity, fix everything and don't torture people!
