We recently came from a tour from Ai Travel "Bus tour to Greece with a seaside vacation." I want to write my impressions of the trip. To begin with, this is not my first trip abroad by bus. Traveled many times from other travel agencies. With I Travel for the first time. There are no complaints about the SNRONIS hotel. All as in the description. Rooms are clean, owners and staff are friendly. They speak Russian. Any questions are answered kindly. We had early excursions (we bought ourselves at a nearby travel agency), you warn the owner or in the kitchen that you are leaving early and your breakfast in the form of dry rations will be waiting for you at the reception. But about the bus. . . We left Odessa on time. Everything seemed to start well. But before they crossed the border, problems began. First, the steering wheel jammed, then some wires caught fire. Already in Solonniki the belt broke, Thank God we arrived. True, taking into account all the stops for repairs, at 11 o'clock we were in place. Despite the fact that the check-in at the hotel from 14.00 some were settled immediately, we had to wait an hour until the room was cleaned up. Hoped that they would give another bus back. It wasn't here. On the way, though this time he did not break, but the stove did not work. Taking into account the fact that when the bus was leaving Ukraine it was already getting colder. At night, the bus was so tight that people pulled everything they had on themselves. To the comments why they didn’t repair the stove, knowing that it was already cold at night, especially in the mountains, the drivers froze some nonsense. A special "Thank you" to the transfer farmer Veronica. Neither fish nor fowl. If there is no desire to work normally with people, then there is nothing to climb into this field of activity. Greece is good. But if Ai Travel rents such buses, then it does not think about its tourists. With this travel agency, my family and I will not go on vacation again.
