Hello everybody). Recently arrived from a trip, were in Greece 18.07 - 26.07. We were very impressed with this country, and in general with the trip. We took a bus tour, surprisingly the bus tour is very comfortable.

The bus turned out to be comfortable, with air conditioning, TV, they even gave out traveler kits: (mask, earplugs, inflatable pillow under the head).

We stayed at the Chronis *** hotel.

I will say that it is quite a cozy hotel like 3 stars, hospitable hosts.

The linen was changed every 2 days and the room was cleaned every day.

For 7 days at the hotel, breakfasts were monotonous but hearty and tasty mini buffet. There are no dinners in this hotel, although at the time when we bought the tour we were told that dinners can be ordered from us at the hotel for 7 euros per person. This turned out not to be true. They don't cook dinners, only breakfasts.

From bad times:

near the hotel we were met by the manager of this tour operator in Greece Alexandra, a girl of dubious honesty, who initially began to play up and mislead supposedly nothing goes anywhere from this location, no public transport, although in fact the interchange is very good and you can go to other cities completely free by public transport, by the way, Alexandra's excursions are an order of magnitude higher than those of other local tour agencies, which is within walking distance near the hotel, one of those that we liked Wive travel, on the right side as soon as you leave the hotel, manager Madina, a Russian-speaking woman, conducts excursions well, plus they have a bus with wi-fi, branded with nothing.

We had an early departure for an excursion at 5 in the morning, they didn’t give us breakfast with us, explaining that of course they can collect breakfast with them, but only if our manager Alexandra, who accommodated us, gives them a petition for this, we called Alexandra and asked her for an application for breakfast for an early departure, she refused us and said that if we take an excursion from her, in this case we will get breakfast, to which I answered how it is, we have already paid breakfast and accommodation, and here she is with her excursions which much higher than others!

Of course, we went without breakfast, although we warned two days in advance about our early departure.

And yet, the excursions that Alexandra offers, for example, to the island of Skiathos cost 35 euros per person, while other agencies have 25 euros directly in Greece. Strange!!!

For the entire period of our stay in Greece, we saw her once at a meeting, and that’s all, she never came to us again.

All other moments that were positive during our trip)), the trip itself, excursions, hotel stays, the village itself, people and their hospitality, taverns with delicious food, by the way, we recommend such taverns as Nautilus and Molos.

The Chronis hotel is 3 minutes from the beach, but the beach is crowded with people, if you walk a little to the right for about 15 minutes along the promenade, behind the fishing port you can find cleaner and quieter beaches, there are many of them both paid and free plus paid beaches that you just order that something to drink, an umbrella and a deck chair they give for free.

Thanks to the drivers, they stopped every 3/4 hours, they offered coffee and tea right on the bus.

We were satisfied with the trip, except for the situation with breakfasts, “promised dinners”, and excursions with the Greek representative of the tour operator Alexandra, which are more expensive than anywhere else !!

Another important point! When buying a tour, we were strongly recommended to buy excursions only from the tour operator, explaining this by the fact that the Bus on which we arrived remains with us in Greece for a week, and supposedly we safely ride on all excursions on the same bus, so excursions from the tour operator are like It would be cheaper, in fact, the bus left, took tourists to Ukraine, and another bus was sent from us, not as convenient as the first one.

Thank you very much to the tour operator for this tour, in general we were satisfied, a lot of positive moments, memories, I really liked the country, you can’t see everything at once, you still have to go).
