Terrible travel agency

We also went on Christmas with this mountain company. Firstly, in Lviv, 6 out of 8 people forgot to take us on a tour of Lviv. Immediately upon arrival in Lviv, they called the director Nikita and asked where they would take us on the tour, to which he replied that wait now everything will be .After this call, Nikita did not pick up the phone for three days, although we had a lot of questions to the sky. We waited 40 minutes. during this time, they could not get through to anyone. After 40 minutes. Kostya calls me and says that they forgot to pick us up, run and catch up with the excursion somewhere. We were with two children, so it was simply not realistic.

The next surprise was waiting for us upon arrival in Yaremche when we found out that there was nowhere to settle us, nothing was paid for that night. We were settled for our money in a neighboring house, then the next day instead of resting we moved to a permanent place of residence (the hotel was not the one that promised and by which they sent a photo). The money that we paid for accommodation from our own pocket was returned to us only a few days later.

Then we were delighted by the owner of the cottage that we paid for only two days of living. And then we called for two days to pay for our accommodation, instead of enjoying the rest.

Breakfast, by the way, was also organized only for the last 3 days.

We didn’t have any accompanying person. My husband and I had upper side tickets to Lviv (although we were traveling with a child and the agency knew about it). We paid extra for Lvov-Dnepropetrovsk for a compartment so that we could go with friends. given in different compartments.

A couple of days before the end of the holiday, Konstantin calls me and invites us to figure out where we want to go on an excursion. But by this time they had ruined our vacation so much that we didn’t really want to see them. And we were warned by friends who went with them to Vorokhta for the New Year .That their excursions are terrible and not organized and we were very lucky that we were left without excursions.

In general, I do not advise anyone to contact this agency. Later I saw that they organize children's holidays and was simply shocked.
