Tour "Christmas Story". Departure was supposed to be 01/02/2015 from the Dnieper, but for some reason we were rescheduled for the trip to 01/01, warning about this only on 12/31 at 15.00!!!!! We gathered in puffs without noticing NG. Further at the station we were accompanied by 2 girls, tickets were given only when boarding the train directly, without mentioning a word that there were tickets with departure at night from Yaremche and that our entire tour program was changing. No one met us further in Lviv, we were not given a tour. Further in general: we arrived in Yaremche on 02.01 at 20.50, and there accommodation was not paid for. we arrived 1 day early (and it's THEIR fault, not ours!!!!). We stand in the rain trying to figure out what to do. And in the group we still had 2 children !!!! It turned out that they paid for the cottage for two days from 03.01!!!!
In general, we did not even see our supposedly accompanying Kostya, and there were no excursions !!!!
