I have never encountered such a disgusting organization of the tour.

We left Odessa for the "Balkan Megatour" on the morning of 27.07.

The company accompanying Liana was found on the freelancer website, she went on this tour for the first time, with all the ensuing consequences.

28.07. by 16:00 arrived Skopje (Macedonia). We were placed in a hotel

EVROPA SKOPJE 2 * (Although the tour operator claimed that there are 3 *). The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time. We were 2 settled in a cramped little room where there were 2 beds and 2 chairs and that's it, there was nothing else.

The bathroom was combined and also one for 3 rooms. It did not have a wall in the booth, the drain did not work well. Water poured onto the floor, with wires sticking out of the walls! The door to the bathroom did not close, there was no lock in it. This despite the fact that 4 men lived in the remaining 2 rooms on the floor. During the day they bathed in daylight, in the evening the light simply did not work. We were placed on an unfinished floor. Ugliness. As it turned out, ITravel booked all the hotels stupidly on booking, without even checking. They refused to move us, explaining that they did not have places. When making claims, ITravel accused me of taking the photos of the room and bathroom I sent somewhere at a construction site in order to discredit them!

In the evening there was a tour of Skopje with a very dubious guide. Half of the group simply got lost along the way.

July 29 was a complete mess. For breakfast there was a cheburek with curd filling and kefir. Even tea was given only on request. Some tourists did not have enough space in the hotel declared in the tour list, so they were settled in a nearby one. And there they were offered breakfast for a fee, then they were not compensated for anything. But breakfast was included in the price of the tour.

On a tour of Ohrid, half the people were again confused. Then they searched for Liana for a long time, then a bus with her.

Then there was a move to Durres (Albania). Drivers (who were hired just as accidentally as Liana) again confused the road even with a navigator. 170 km from Ohrid to Durres drove 5 hours - from 20:30 to 2:30!!! Plus, for another hour, the drivers drove us around Durres at night - they could not find a hotel. Because of this, we arrived at the hotel at almost 3 am

30.07. The adventure continues. Hotel ALBION 3 * this time was decent. BUT! As it turned out, it’s 13 (!) Km to go from there to the place of breakfast. But our bus was on the sump. He needs to stand for 9 hours - i.e. he won't take us. Again, we are standing in front of the hotel in a crowd, at a loss and losing time. Liana argued with the hotel administrators for a long time and in the end we were taken by several cars in several races. Well, at least on the tour Fier + Berat was a good guide.

31.07. On the way to Montenegro, Skadar Lake was declared, but we were not taken there. In Montenegro, instead of the declared Budva, we were settled in Becici, in a hotel like a Soviet camp site. But at least close to the sea.

01.08. We went on an excursion to Dubrovnik for 40 euros (it was paid in advance), although local tour companies have a price of 25. By the way, a tour of Bosnia + Herzegovina also costs 25 here, and ITravel wanted to rip off 50 from people, but the group did not get enough. After the end of the tour, at the appointed time, people were waiting for the drivers near the bus for 2 hours in 40-degree heat, and they ... just forgot about the people - they were swimming, sunbathing ...

On the last day in Montenegro, instead of 18:00, we left back at 12:00. Those. half a day at sea was stolen from us.

P.S. The next group that left Ukraine on the same tour. 7.08. they left, and on 8.08. They also call from Ukraine (although they should have gone abroad a long time ago) and say that they have been standing at some kind of dog walking area near the supermarket for 5! hours and wait for the air conditioner to be fixed on the bus. They refused to give them another bus.

Conclusion: I definitely DO NOT recommend the operator ITravel.
