Package tour to AD

Were on a tour to Bulgaria 08/20/2020. Our history with itravel began in early March before the quarantine and there was a booked tour to Montenegro. But it did not take place, but we were offered another tour to Albania 2 weeks before the departure, and so we decided to reschedule and here in 2 days! In the morning, when boarding the bus, we were put on the first floor, my husband and I were given normal seats, but 3 tourists were the last places. Has anyone told us about this? I wrote to the tour operator, but we were told that these were not the last seats on the bus, but there was still a TRUNK in the back. Seriously, if you don't believe me, I can send a screenshot of the correspondence! So I can lie down in the trunk? Arrival at the hotel everything was fine , the hotel as a whole is not bad . They have no complaints about the hotels, they simply do not have other rooms. We solved the problem ourselves, opened the beds and my husband and I slept on 1 sleeping bed. But this is not the end of our torment. We were given tickets back as best we could! On the second floor, the latest in a row. No, well, thanks for how comfortable it is to sit without a footrest on half of the non-folding seats. And how to rock there.
