I chose a company on the advice of a friend, but the promotion ended for the desired tour, so I decided to purchase the European Weekend tour (Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic and Poland). In short: I'm satisfied. The manager Lisa advised me - very quickly and intelligibly, there were answers to all questions. The contract was sent by New mail immediately (I'm not from the Dnieper). The bus was clean, did not rattle or fall apart, the drivers Yuri and Vladimir were professionals, it was comfortable to ride. I also liked the guide Irina - clear diction and instructions, everything was clear. My friend and I were satisfied with the hotels and breakfasts. The group was divided into two, as far as I know, the first group did not like their hotel, but I was delighted - the Botax hotel and the Land Plan hotel are something: clean, spacious and tasty! The only thing I would like to fix is ​​to include a full visit to Krakow in the tour, after all, three hours is very little for this city. And I would also like to postpone the departure from Lviv to an earlier time (at least on holidays) in order to have time to visit all the excursions in Eger, otherwise due to problems at customs (we waited more than 6 hours) we didn’t manage to do anything. Special thanks to the local guides - Anatoly from Budapest, Natalia from Prague and Stanislav from Krakow - very interesting people, the time flew by. But a woman in Vienna knew a lot of stories, but alas, she was not heard (( In general, I am satisfied and will contact again)
