1. It is unclear what the name of this travel agency. The name of the company in the service agreement - FOP Fedotov, the name of the site - "Hot tours", the domain of the site - http://hottours.in.ua, the name of the sender of the SMS - "hottours":
2. The website of the Ukrainian agency is made in Russian for some reason.
3. There is no information about the agency as such on the site (history, where the central office is located, etc.), although there are many other "hottours" in the network, such as "hottours.kiev.ua", the network "www.hottour.com.ua / "Etc., not to mention the Russian.
4. For the service "We will call you back in a minute" I was answered from Odessa, served by phone and "e-mail" from Kharkov, and the money was taken in Kiev. It's cool when the money for the chosen tour is transferred to the account of the company that sells you this tour under a "buy-sell" agreement with sanctions for non-compliance with the agreement.
In my case, a girl who looked like a child took $ 600 and instead of the mentioned agreement she gave an agreement for the services of her travel agency, and instead of a fiscal check she signed and saw a piece of paper called a "receipt". In my opinion - not solid. It is ugly to use and substitute girls who do not understand all the responsibilities. An excuse like this is how everyone works - it doesn't save.
5. The price of the tour when paying was 5% more than on the site. This was surprisingly influenced by the "operator's course". It turns out that the tour operator has its own exchange rate, which on the site, for some reason, is not mentioned. Fuck!
6. After paying the money on Saturday afternoon, we received copies of the documents on Monday after 18-00, 9 hours before departure. Maybe this is normal for hot tours, but restless.
