We ordered a tour to Greece from hottours.in.ua - I liked the offers on the site, the manager said the hotel was available and paid 50%. A day later calls back - the hotel refused. I found another suitable hotel on their website. The next day he writes to viber - the hotel refused and offers 3 other hotels to choose from - two have reviews for 6 points out of 10, and the third is 30% more expensive. I say look for other hotels - only these will definitely confirm the answer. Communication with the manager is very difficult - the viber does not read, does not want to look for hotels, as a result she scored on me and went on vacation - the hotel was not found. And yes, hotels that have been refused every day appear on the site with an attractive price - how can I say so? The answer is the system, we can't do anything. As a result, he himself chose the third hotel (it is clear that it was not at all what he wanted initially), which was confirmed. I do not recommend!
