Service type: пакетный тур

Back in mid-September, we booked and paid for a tour to India with Holiday Travel and were supposed to fly on it on Tuesday, November 4, but we still haven’t flown anywhere!

Since I have a small child and there is no way to go to travel agencies, I found the tour I was interested in on the operator’s website and went to the agency closest to my house to book it. Unfortunately for me, I ended up in Holiday Travel (Bazhana, 14).

Agent Alexander Skiba booked me a tour and the next day I made 100% payment.

We submitted the documents for the visa within the specified time on October 28 and the agent said that the visa would be the day before departure and that we should not worry. On Monday, November 3, he said that there were no visas yet and the documents would be brought directly to the airport. We, naive and gullible, packed our things, prepared food for the baby on the plane, and half an hour before leaving home, we found out that “our passports were sent for revision,” according to Alexander.

Holiday's agent turned out to be an incredible storyteller and lied very well, every day he told us that tomorrow we would definitely fly away. The vacation days passed, the suitcases were unpacked and we decided to pick up our passports and fly to Thailand, since we are not welcome in India.

On Monday, November 10, we went directly to News Travel, where it turned out that Alexander had not paid for our tour!!!!!! that our passports with visas had been lying with them for a long time, but they would not give them back until they received the money!

We went to deal with Alexander, who of course had no money, he tried to get a loan to cover the debt for our tour and did not receive it.

And while we were figuring it out, our visas were cancelled.

Vacation days are over, passports have a bright red line about cancellation, which will complicate obtaining any visa and the company refuses to compensate for losses.
