I had to easily order a tour directly, but more expensive than I expected, but as a client they answered all my questions. Do not use this agency if you value your time! and money! I already went to this agency, there are no complaints about Dmitry - everything is clear and fast. But sometimes the incompetence of an employee can blur the whole impression of the company
