Hakuna Matata is not worth that kind of money

When choosing a tour company, I succumbed to the reviews on Facebook. I decided that it was worth overpaying, but to be sure that they would help me, think over the movements, time, excursions, and bring me up to date on the spot in Japan. But no! Facebook is well filtered, because such a disgusting organization could not be an accident.

1. Nobody in Japan received help or advice on the SIM card and the Internet.

2. For information on the operation of public transport, shinkansen, metro, taxis - look on the Internet yourself. The first few guides who led us spoke absolute nonsense and gag.

3. The excursion program of the first three days of the tour was completed by 50%. At the head were rough-and-tumble women-guides, who talked more about their fate in a foreign land and talked about politics in Ukraine than led a tour.

4. Andrey Naryzhny went instead of the head of the group. Excellent companion! A person who is maximally uninformed about Japan and minimally interested in accompanying tourists. 2 times sent a group to one place, and he went to another. The slogan of our holiday in Japan was: "WHERE ANDREY?quot;.

The only bright and pleasant moment in the organization was Irina Kuzmenko from Nara. The part of the journey she controlled was perfect! Very pleasant, responsive and interesting guide.

Japan is gorgeous, definitely worth a trip! But Hakune Matata does not need to overpay for this. They don't do anything out of the ordinary. They screw up like everyone else, put the hell on their tourists. Nothing extraordinary.
