We took a cruise from Barcelona on the Mediterranean in June 2014. We paid for an inner cabin, the most inexpensive one, but a suite with a balcony fell out!) Manager Oksana explained everything well and helped to deal with org issues (for the first time on a cruise), with the choice of an inexpensive tour, but the ship was simply gorgeous - Costa Serena (there is information about it on the net). Thank you for such a pleasant stay!
