I do not recommend anyone to work with Oksana Pavlenko, director of a travel agency

For the first time I want to leave a review not about the hotel, but about the travel agency with which we had to work. It will be very detailed, because there were many little things that were left unattended and show the negligent attitude of Oksana Pavlenko, the director of the Grand Pava Travel travel agency, to her work.

We contacted the Grand Pava Travel travel agency for the second time. The first time we came to Oksana Pavlenko with a ready-made New Year's offer, i.e. we knew where we were flying, the name of the hotel, the city of departure, we were interested in a discount and Oksana kindly provided it to us, which we were led to. Thank God everything went smoothly and without complaints ....

The second time we turned to Oksana Pavlenko for early booking in April 2019, we considered the option of a holiday in Turkey with a large family in October 2019. I personally and my whole family took the choice of the hotel very seriously for a very long time, as we planned to fly with a small child. We practically chose our hotel ourselves and only asked if she would recommend it to us. Oksana Pavlenko offered us flight options via Zaporozhye and Kharkiv, we chose Zaporozhye, although it was initially cheaper via Kharkiv.

Having chosen the Limak Limra Hotel & Resort and the city of departure Zaporozhye, we chose 2 standard rooms for the agreed amount, which was offered by Oksana Pavlenko. Since the hotel has different accommodation options (there is an economy option - resettlement across the road, and this is a very important point), we focused Oksana's attention on resettlement in standard rooms and she assured us that everything was in order. Then we booked rooms and began to wait for our vacation. My mistake was that we worked purely on trust and did not sign any contract. Oksana Pavlenko, as always, promised to send it, but she never sent it, and I missed this important moment. TRUST BUT CHECK!!!!

In August, the flight program through Zaporozhye was closed and we were transferred to Kharkov.

I immediately asked my travel agent to go to a meeting because of a small child and change the dates of the flight (I want to note that I applied 2 months before the vacation) or paid compensation, since the trip from Kharkov was initially cheaper. Oksana said that she would try to come up with something and began to pull the rubber. She led us by the nose for a month, fed us breakfasts, pretending that she was doing something. I personally contacted the Join UP tour operator and found out if such replacements are possible and received a clear answer that everything can be arranged by your representative in a travel agency. I want to note that for the entire time of our work, Oksana Pavlenko never called me, but wrote an answer in vibere, only after I contacted her. Even when we arranged a meeting with her in her office, something always happened to her ... .. Having reached the critical deadline, Oksana wrote to us that nothing could be done. The only thing she could do for us was to arrange with the hotel so that we would be given a room at 7 am immediately upon arrival (it was a lie and there was no agreement!!!!)

In the course of payment in installments, all the time there were questions with keeping records of payment. All the time our payments were not taken into account, to which Oksana Pavlenko said that it was you who should control this process……..curtain…..i.e. at some stage of payments, we could tell Oksana that we have already paid everything and be in the black ... ..

Further, after full payment, she did not want to give us documents for a very long time. After much persuasion by sending me documents by e-mail, I was struck by another shock. First, this design did not correspond to the date of birth at all, to which Oksana said that this was a draft (and this is the document with which we have been working for 4 months). Further, instead of the ordered standard rooms, she booked us all the same rooms across the road, recognizing the moment that she did not attach any importance to this when booking. She immediately said that do not worry and she will fix everything, but since the hotel was in the stop, I knew perfectly well that she would not be able to do this. Then Oksana said that she allegedly agreed with the hotel and they would exchange the room for us without any problems upon arrival, at no extra charge (it was another lie)!!! I began to demand compensation, to which Oksana said that she initially sold us a ticket cheaper, so I'm sorry. Then there was a hitch with the transfer and she decided that she would still throw us a piece of compensation, because something obviously went wrong with us.

Then Oksana realized that she smelled of fried, she deleted me from all accounts, probably because it was "everything is in order." I was worried to the last whether the hotel would accept us at all, after so many mistakes .... Further, I will say that naturally there were no places in the hotel, but we asked very much and with a large surcharge (Oksana's compensation did not even cover half of the expenses for us) we still changed the room to the standard. It was very important for us, because we were all looking forward to this trip, flew to rest, relax and help each other and be close. Then I began to find out if there were any appeals to the hotel about us, then they showed us our card, where there was not a single note. It took a few days until we let go of the situation and were able to enjoy the rest))))

Making a verdict, I would like to wish Oksana to learn from all this a lesson and be more attentive to her clients and treat her clients' requests more responsibly. Perhaps this is a very easy income and Oksana relaxed, but thank God that we will return home all alive and well. It may seem to someone that nothing happened, but for all 5 months of working with Oksana, I was like on a powder keg, it is very uncomfortable to work with her !!!! Oksana Pavlenko received her fee, but she did not want to work at all !!!
