Review of the travel agency More Tours Agency

We bought the tour at the agency "More Tours" in Kremenchug, st. Proletarskaya 30. We have already worked with this agency, we flew to Egypt, everything was fine. This time, the quality of service was also excellent, but we were not lucky with the tour operator. We flew with TPG and I can say that this is a complete scam! We booked a hotel in Marmaris, specially sat and chose that there was a first line, so that the food was good, even though the hotel was 3 *, in the end we were taken to Icmeler, to a hotel that was "like 4 stars", it was called Diana Hotel 4 * , the rooms there were good, but the food was terrible, there were just stinky rotten eggs, soy sausage and cucumber, like a zucchini, there was nothing really there. When we were brought, a representative of the TPG tour operator Elena arrived, we had a serious dispute with her, a scandal, she began to tell that there was nowhere to relocate us, that all the hotels were occupied. We gathered 10 young people who categorically refused to settle in the Diana Hotel 4 *, we began to demand that we be taken to Marmaris! Then we went on our own to Sonnen Hotel 3 *, which we originally booked and found out there that TPG doesn’t even book rooms (!), i.e.. this is a pre-planned action when tourists are brought to other hotels, knowing in advance that this will happen. When the receptionist at Sonnen Hotel 3* heard about TPG, he simply left and it was obvious that such situations were not new to him. This Elena came to Sonnen Hotel 3 *, where we talked with her for a long time, figured out how to solve our problem, tried to contact the tourist police in Turkey, but she did not work. In Ankara, the police did not answer phone calls, in Istanbul they answered, but there was no Russian-speaking representative there, so we could not communicate with anyone there. We contacted the regular police, but no one could help us. At 21:00, Elena told us with a smirk: "maybe I should stay and 'neigh' at how it all ends" (!!), this is what the representative of the TPG tour operator says! The attitude is terrible, we were without food for a day, we were in the lobby of the Sonnen Hotel 3 * all day, they told us that if we didn’t leave the hotel before 21:30, then they would call the police and they would either take us out into the street, or we would spend the night in police station. We returned to the Diana Hotel 4 *, where we were taken, contacted from there with the agency staff in Ukraine, where we bought a tour, who helped somehow solve our problem. As a result, as compensation, we were given an excursion and moved to another hotel, but not in Sonnen Hotel 3 *, but in Cihan Turk 3 *, which was located next door. I don’t know what exactly influenced the fact that we were relocated, perhaps the employees of the More Tours agency in Ukraine, from whom we bought the tour, helped, perhaps the employees of the agency in Rivne, where the girls who were relocated along with us, perhaps by joint efforts, maybe due to the fact that we were on strike there for a day. But only four of us out of ten were relocated. The remaining six stayed at the Diana Hotel 4 *, and pensioners also stayed there, who didn’t care where to relax. I want to note that we ordered the tour for a month, there was a payment, there was a reservation that they confirmed, but in fact it turned out that the room was not even booked by the TPG operator in Sonnen Hotel 3 *! Until we got off the plane and got on the bus, no one told us that the hotel would be changed.. but they knew about it a month before we flew to Turkey. Upon returning home, we talked to many people, and everyone who flew with TPG had similar problems! You just need to remember this operator and never use their services!!!
