Terrible company

We chose this company for the first time, it happened. In general, the guides do not speak Russian well, unlike Aneh Tour, to understand the guide as some kind of quest, in sign language. organizational moments - took 2 excursions - quads and diving. we were given checks, which indicated the day, date, amount and number of people. in the end, quads + camels, meeting the dawn - as we were promised. Check-out time from the hotel is 05:00. We are sitting at the reception, waiting, 05% 40 and - finally, some man in shabby pants and a washed T-shirt came in, blew something incomprehensibly on which one, I already think I’ll go up to him, ask, show the check - he takes it and silently leaves , we're after him. It turns out that he so silently invited us to sit in the bus. Well, for you to understand, we met the dawn at the reception - cool. The promises included a helmet. we asked the guide at the hotel - as if the arafats were not needed, since we took them from home - he answered that no, there would be helmets. we arrive at the quadric base, I ask - where are the helmets - in response - what kind of helmets. buy arafatki. I already got hysterical, started to find out everything, I call the hotel guide - in addition to all this, they give a piece of paper for signature, which clearly states - I refused the helmet. until we raised the boil with the company - there were no helmets. but, here, out of nowhere, there are helmets for the whole team and the following sounds from the representative of the travel agency - I can tell you anything at the hotel, but here we have our own rules. Upon arrival at the hotel, we went to the hotel guide, ran into him and eventually got free quad riding the next day, already at dawn and with helmets, as expected. We thought about giving up diving, but the couple at the hotel convinced us, they were diving before us - everyone liked it. indeed, it was wonderful, they took it almost on time - half an hour late, they brought it to the dock, the instructors explained everything in an accessible way - wonderful. Well, the connection with the guide itself, which is almost never in the hotel, unlike representatives of the anex, pegasus. . . . In no case do not waste your time with this company, they do not try for a minute to make your holiday easier and somehow solve the slightest problem of yours.
