Good travel agency

Last September, my family and I decided to take a vacation in Turkey. We considered all possible offers, and accidentally found the website of the Elang travel agency on the Internet. To be honest, when I saw the inscription that the agency gives a discount of 5-7% on the price of the tour, I did not quite believe it. But still we decided to try it. I called, a very nice boy answered me, listened to all my wishes and promised to help. I was extremely surprised when an hour later they sent me a lot of options with reasonable prices by mail. My husband was afraid to buy a tour, because there was not a single review about this travel agency, but I convinced him to buy it. We did not like the office very much, there are only 2 small rooms and a lot of people. But customer service is top notch. As written on the site, we were given a 5% discount, the agency manager was constantly in touch with us (he found out how we flew, if everything was fine, if we had any problems). In general, we were satisfied with the rest, and we recommend the Elang agency to everyone.
