July 13 at 06:30 we left Kyiv for Sunny Beach (Bulgaria) with the carrier E-Line Tour. Initially, nothing foreshadowed trouble, it seemed that they fit into the schedule. The bus was hard going. At the entrance to Khmelnitsky, the bus began to abandon, the driver pulled over to the side of the road and our adventures began. How we reached Khmelnitsky is an interesting question. The brake pads failed (according to rumors), it began to stink and smoke terribly. For about an hour, the driver literally crawled under the bus, trying to fix something, but in vain.
The base of the carrier is based in Shepetovka (about 100 km from Khmelnitsky), they promised to change the bus in 1.5-2 hours. How happy we were after 5.5 !!!!! hours of waiting for the "new" bus. From what wilderness he was driven is completely incomprehensible. At the very least, with a huge backlog in the schedule, we "arrived" to the border of Bulgaria (the bus was no better than the previous one). Constantly stopped at gas stations for 30-60 minutes. About 40 kilometers from the border of Bulgaria, we were once again "thrown" and we stopped in the middle of the road, and then, like turtles, "slid to the side of the road. And again we broke down !!! Second bus, second time !!! No intelligible information from drivers or accompanying person (Miroslava, rather a piece of furniture) could not be reached. When calling on Viber to the carrier's office, they first answered, and then they completely ignored or blacklisted. With a fight, we obtained information that in about an hour a THIRD will arrive !!! and already the Bulgarian bus is behind us.As a result, another +3.5 hours of waiting in an open field ... a toilet in the bushes, nowhere to buy water ... the carrier does not care about you ... The drivers and accompanying (furniture) after an hour completely began to hide No compensation was offered, and just a human "we apologize for the fact that such stingers like us let out such troughs (ggg buses) for such a distance. The carrier cf... wanted to tell you that you arrived at your destination at 21:30!!!! (declared at 12:00), of course, we got to the hotel at about 23:00 (they still got from Sunny Beach), and for the "day" they already paid 25 euros, although they still didn’t have time to rest. The borders passed instantly, one hour each to Ukraine-Romania and Romania-Bulgaria. To say that we are disappointed with the negligence is an understatement. The holiday was completely ruined. Of the planned 6 days, one day was "stolen" by the carrier. I am not a vindictive person, but I would like to wish the E-Line Tour to close its sharashka office as soon as possible and never again TRANSPORT PEOPLE ON THEIR CANS.
