The quality of service in this agency was excellent, this is not the first time we fly with them, they are 10 points, this is the best agency. TEZ TOUR is our operator, he is just super, they also get 10 points. The guide at the hotel is also the best, he didn’t pester us, I haven’t seen anything like this yet, his prices for excursions were adequate, even cheaper than in agencies on the street. The guide even gave us notes about when we had a flight, when we needed to leave, and so on. Everything was fine with the transfer.
