The first thing they asked was what we need to choose and what budget we expect, what we would like. It was important for us to hear real reviews about the hotel. We were already prepared for the worst, because we understood what could be for the cost that we took. WE are new tourists and we were told everything right up to how to enter the airport. Thank you very much, if not for them we would have lost our way for sure. We were pleasantly pleased after buying a ticket, we participated in a win-win lottery, it was, of course, symbolic, but it was nice.
