Took a trip from 20.07 to 29.07.2021 to Koblevo. Since we were traveling with children, the condition was to get directly to the place of rest. But a few days before leaving we were warned that there would be a transplant in Odessa. There was nothing to do. Already before leaving, near the Sumy-Odesa minibus, an employee of the company came and paid the driver, but said that the Odesa-Koblevo trip was also paid, and not in the opposite direction, but we will be reimbursed. After arriving in Odessa, the bus driver to Koblevo told us to pay, although in Sumy they said they were paying. Okay, we paid, the company reimbursed us, but there are some ambiguities. The rest was good, but it is not the merit of the tour company. The day before our departure we were warned about the change in the time of departure home. Again, we pay with our own money Koblevo-Odesa (here we have already been warned). An employee of the company promised to give the driver's phone number, but may have forgotten. Only after my reminder did she make contacts.
Then I asked her in Viber, whether everything is in order, whether we are leaving Odessa at 20:00, whether everything is paid, she did not answer. I started calling, I didn't answer. Somewhere for the 5th time she assured me that everything is fine and why I am so worried, and even she begins to worry. I said I was just clarifying. She also gave me a San car number so that I could call there and make sure that the seats were reserved. I called back and was told that everything was fine, paid. And what was my surprise when the driver of Odessa-Sumy began to expect us to pay for the trip (700 UAH per person, 4 of us). We were shocked! The driver did not want to take us, because he could not call this woman either. Then she promised him that at 8 am she would wait for him to pay for us. We arrived in Sumy at 7:45, waited for her until 8:15, the driver did not let us go, he missed his turn at the car wash, and this worker calmly sailed, gave him and us money and left.
This company did not provide us with a transfer, so we will no longer cooperate with them
