Review of the travel agency DREAMtour (NaVacation network)

They did a very good job, offered options, we agreed. They offered a good ticket, but no matter how the agency was to blame that something went wrong, the operator himself was to blame. Our operator was Join Up. Our flight was rescheduled 2 hours ahead. We flew from Boryspil and it was good that we were in our own car, otherwise we would not have had time for the flight. The operator called us when we were already on the road. If we had traveled by minibus or train, we would not have had time. We arrived at the airport 40 minutes before departure. In 5 minutes we would have been late for the check-in. When I took a ticket, I asked the operator that we must have slides, because they calculated for the child. And when we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that there were bracelets of different colors. We are wearing red bracelets, and our neighbors from Kyiv are wearing golden ones. I ask the question, what is the difference - but it turned out that the water park was not included in our ticket. We now had to pay $25 per person per visit. The operator confirmed all this, saying that we only have a one-time visit, and we will pay for everything else. A very embarrassing moment.
